gwynap.com/ZX is a personal, non-commercial art exhibit. It is free to use. There is no shop, no shareware fee, and no charge for the bundled ROM or game.
The ZX Spectrum 48K ROM is copyright Amstrad. Amstrad have kindly given their permission for the redistribution of their copyrighted material but retain that copyright. The 16KB image on this site is unmodified Sinclair/Amstrad firmware, included so the exhibit can boot to the copyright message and BASIC. You may not sell it. If you reuse it, keep this acknowledgement.
EggHead in Space (2003) is freeware by Jonathan Cauldwell, with Tommy Barreira Pereira. It remains their copyright. Jonathan has allowed hosting of titles he has made downloadable; it is bundled here on that basis, not as a commercial product.
You can still load your own .z80 or .sna snapshots. Commercial Spectrum software stays with its owners. Only load titles you have the right to use.
