Chris Brown worked with Jem and did all the structural design.
Sorted the highways planning and parking at the front.
Did the brick-related jobs — “the brick”.
Sean did all our concrete.
Supplied the concrete formwork.
Balustrades, cappings, fireplaces, lighting bases.
Bricks and a great deal of other stuff.
General materials — and branded hard hats.
Big bags of sand left in strategic places.
Helped us take down the auditorium.
Blast-cleaned anything and everything that needed it.
Ian Cappleman did the carpentry — windows and the rest of the timber work.
Graham and Shaun clad the hydraulic door with a high-performing wood frame and glass.
Supplied the thermowood cladding.
The glass — believe it or not.
Our rather particular window.
Electrical work and the audio-visual niceties.
TV and internet around the house.
The hydropool.
Dave Carr ground and polished the concrete floor later seen on Grand Designs.
The white rendering.
Decorated the house from top to bottom, inside and out.
Shelly Horridge — curtains, blinds, upholstery, the nice soft things.
The artwork on the lounge wall.
The bits we needed for the dangly lights.
Things of beauty.
Ant from Magnet Kitchens went beyond the call of duty.
The finest bog in Thorne.
The bio-gel fire trays.
Cheri LaMay designs beautiful gardens.

The Blu-ray and the amplifier.
The projector that looks like a spaceship.
The speakers — British, and still the coolest.
Jim installed the kit.
The bat survey, before we could touch the roof.
Roger Williams looked after the legal side.
Our mortgage agents.
