So, DSR demolition got everything sorted with the council, Roger Williams sent out all the notices, and the scaffolding started to go up on Tuesday.

By Thursday, half the roof was off, and tomorrow, the rest should be off. The slate looked nice and in good nick, so that should make a tidy sum for DSR who will be selling it on.
