The planning application is in!

ok, so we put the planning application in on Friday afternoon. We now have to wait for it to be validated. This means that DMBC planning dept will look at it and tell us if it’s complete. This will happen over the next week or so. Then once that has been accepted, there is an 8 week countdown where planning will tell us whether we get it or not. It has to be okayed by all planning departments eg Highways, Conservation etc and they may ask for more info or alterations. Letters will be sent out as well to get feedback from the local residents.
