Top floor.... DONE!

Friday 27th July was not only my 41st birthday, but the day we poured the last structural concrete to form the top terraces / first floor roof. The cameras were there and we feel we’ve reached a milestone, with the whole structural work done.

Now we wait a couple of weeks for it to go off before we strip down the formwork and get on with the timber. Rich can’t wait!

Dan from Hydroswing also came down and we sorted some details and approach to the ‘gwyndow’…
